Yes. What we talk about stays between us.
How is this different from my board or investors?
They care about the result. I care about how you get there. I have no stake in the answer, so you can think out loud.
Is it just about go-to-market?
No. GTM is my background, but we work on whatever's slowing you down: hiring, focus, your team, fundraising.
Is this linked to ContentPath?
No. Coaching is separate. I won't use our sessions to sell you anything else.
Can you work with my leadership team too?
Yes, once we've worked together for a while. Some founders bring me in to help their team with planning, decision-making and accountability. We agree up front how that works, so our sessions stay just between us.
What if it isn't working?
